The Dondo work in Central Mozambique serves the provinces of Sofala, Manica and Tete.

Our centre is located 30 kilometers outside of Beira on Estrada Nacional #6, in Bairro Central, in the District of Dondo, Sofala.

Our ethnic group is the Massena people. They speak Sena as their native language.

We care for 27 orphaned children, all boys. Every 3 months we receive approximately 50 students to attend our Bible School. The students are Mozambicans that come from the provinces of Manica, Tete, Zambezia and Sofala. The Bible School is directed by 2 Mozambican pastors and 1 missionary.

We have a program to distribute food to orphans that live with Mozambican pastors. We feed approximately 5,000 kids in Sofala.

The vision of the leadership of our centre is to bring peace, community and respect within the members of our family in Dondo; missionaries with missionaries and missionaries with Mozambicans. 1 Peter 3:8-11

We have come to know that God is bringing peace to our midst. In this respect we have had a testimony of 1 visiting pastor, Ian Ross, and our National Mozambican Pastor, Jose Novela. Both said, "We feel peace in Dondo."

Prayer Requests: We really need some new missionaries, one to do administration and one to work in the area of finances.

Visitors: We have 2 dormitories for visitors with the capacity to receive 12 people at one time. We would like that when our visitors arrive they have a specific project in mind.

Base Operations: Childcare, Evangelism, Food programs, Prayer, Disaster Relief and Bible School

Main Workbase: Both Nationals and Missionaries
