The Maracuene Project is a new housing development of 25 houses and church about 20 minutes from the Zimpeto base.

Saturday, September 1, 2007,was the opening when keys were presented to the pastor and his wife for the first youth houses. Next will be the church and then 20 or more houses. This amazing project began with funds left over from the Zimpeto explosion donations.

Steve and Ros Lazar would like to thank all those involved. Pastor Jose and administrator Francisco were key leaders of the project.  Pastor Jose is in  the first three pictures. Francisco is on the left in the last picture.
