*Non-refundable deposit required for Iris Harvest School: We regret that we must require a non-refundable deposit of $200 for each accepted applicant to the harvest school. Our experience necessitates the requirement as too many are applying and withdrawing late in the application process for various reasons. This has resulted in a loss of valuable volunteer time, expense and the exclusion of qualified applicants on hold who are unable to make proper preparation for their trip to Africa due to late withdrawals or transfers.
When you receive your acceptance letter, a check for $200 should be mailed to our US office with a memo indicating for Iris Harvest application deposit: Iris Ministries, Inc., PO Box 493995, Redding, CA 96049-3995.
When you have paid your deposit, be sure to send an email to school@irismin.org indicating that the deposit has been paid.
We can hold your place for the school only after we have received your deposit within 10 days of your acceptance letter.
Your deposit can be paid online at www.irismin.com by clicking on the "Make a Donation" icon. The amount for paying by PayPal is $204.77 which covers the PayPal fee for using a credit card or e-check. In the memo option of the PayPal program indicate that the amount is for your Iris Harvest School application deposit.

PAYING YOUR SCHOOL/TUITION FEES: Please READ CAREFULLY!
IMPORTANT: Your deposit for Iris Harvest School (Pemba) must be paid within 10 days after acceptance. All tuition fees, including outreach fees, must be paid by September 26, 2008.

This is VERY IMPORTANT for the booking of your tuition to your account
You will receive a receipt by email after the payment has cleared our bank. This normally takes about a week.
